Tawny Criblez, Director
Tawny Criblez is no stranger to the Garrettsville area theatre programs. A lifetime resident of the area, she began her career with performances in the James A. Garfield school productions, and spent many summers in the community theatre as well. After high school, Tawny was able to find a position with Show Biz International Entertainment as both an entertainer and a sound technician. She has studied choreography under the likes of Maria Rivers and Becky Summers, and has attended numerous dance and theatre workshops. Tawny’s most memorable roles are: Adelaide, (Guys and Dolls), Rizzo, (Grease), Ruth,(To Burn a Witch), Kim, (Bye Bye Birdie), Winifred, (Once Upon a Mattress), and too many others to list! Tawny enjoys traveling, shopping, going to concerts, and spending time with her family. She is very excited to get the chance to work with the Curtains Up Theatre.
